01Do I need an appointment?
Appointments reserve a bay and a technician for your car. For urgent problems, call ahead and we'll tell you honestly how soon we can look at it.
02Can I drop my car off after hours?
Yes. Booked vehicles can use the secure key drop at Suite B any time. Leave a note with your name and phone number and we'll call when we start.
03Will I get a quote before work starts?
Always. You receive a written estimate with photos and priorities, and nothing proceeds without your approval. See our starting prices.
